Lost Package Policy
We understand how important it is for you to receive your order promptly. If a package is lost in transit, we have a process in place to address the situation. Please review our policy below:

While we strive to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time, once a package leaves our facility, it is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We will assist you in every way possible to resolve issues related to lost packages.
2. Reporting a Lost Package
If you believe your package has been lost, please follow these steps:
- Check Tracking Information: Verify the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided. Sometimes delays or incorrect delivery statuses can occur.

3. Investigation Process
Upon receiving your lost package claim, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process may take up to 30 business days. We will keep you updated throughout the investigation and provide any relevant information as soon as we receive it.
4. Compensation and Resolution

If the Package is Confirmed Lost: If the carrier confirms that the package is lost and cannot be located, we will offer you a replacement order.

If the Package is Found: If the package is eventually found and returned to us, we will notify you immediately and send you a replacement order
5. Exclusions
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.
- Carrier Errors: In cases where the shipping carrier’s error or negligence is involved, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee compensation.
